Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to disconnect Meta (Facebook) data from Digitalguider Social Poster and how to request removal of workspace data we store for your organization.

Removing Facebook / Meta connection

You can remove our app’s access to your Facebook account at any time:

• Open Facebook Settings → Security and login → Business integrations (or Apps and Websites, depending on your Facebook experience).
• Find Digitalguider Social Poster and remove it.

That revokes tokens we use to publish or read Page data on your behalf. It does not automatically delete historical records we may already hold in our systems.

Requesting deletion of workspace data

If you want us to delete or anonymize data associated with your client workspace in Digitalguider (for example after you stop using the product), submit the form below. Our team will match your request to the correct workspace using the details you provide—such as workspace name, slug, or connected Facebook Page name—and may contact you if we need clarification.

Where applicable, we will remove connected channel metadata, drafts, and other tenant data subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
